Computer Specialist
Seeking a Computer Specialist for 5-10 hours per week, pay DOE.
Specific skills desired:
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
* Expertise in Microsoft Outlook email
* Experience working with both PCs and Macs.
* Strong understanding and ability to work with Access and/or other database formats
* Ability to solve technology problems, including, but not limited to networking, installation, software suggestions, etc.
* Eligibility for work study through the University of Montana preferred

Summer Children's Museum Assistant
Seeking a Summer Museum Assistant for 10-19 hours per week; Summer Work study through the University of Montana required.

Children's Museum Janitor

Summer Camp Intern
Seeking a Summer Camp Intern for the Children's Museum for 20-25 hours per week.
Job Description: Research, plan, prepare for, and facilitate half-day summer camps at the Children’s Museum Missoula.
Job Tasks:
*Assist with camp advertising/promotion and registration
*Research educational activities
*Assemble materials and prepare for activities, manage supply of materials as needed
*Coordinate with UM to schedule international student guest speakers
*Facilitate activities with campers (ages 5-8), ensuring a safe, fun, educational atmosphere
*Recruit community members to assist with facilitating cultural activities
*While in the museum, encourage the exploration and appropriate use of exhibits
*While off-site, ensure safe, constructive experiences
*Communicate with camper's families
*Assist with some cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed
*Promote the mission of the Children's Museum
*Other summer camp related activities as assigned
Qualifications:
*Enjoy active children!
*Education experience (early childhood education experience preferred)
*CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain certification)
*Ability to self-motivate and work independently
*Communication and leadership skills
*Ability to work well with children and adults
*Dependability, initiative and flexibility
* Ability to bend, lift objects, and stand for extended lengths of time

Camp dates and times : June 23-27, July 7-11 & 21-25, and August 4-8 & 18-22 (Intern must be available during the week preceding each camp to prepare).
*Intern must be available Monday-Friday 8:30am-1:00pm during camp weeks.
*Camp hours are: Monday-Friday 9:00am-12:00pm.
*Hours during prep week are flexible.
