Community Connection
Community Connection events will take place at the Missoula Public Library in our FF classroom on Fridays from 11 am - 12 pm. We will also have our Blue Blocks out in our classroom every Wednesday from 11 am - 5 pm.
Art with a Purpose
Art with a Purpose is a program that allows children the ability to get creative while serving our community! We also feature fun and educational activities that promote our vision of imaginative & dramatic play. This program takes place every Tuesday morning from 11 am - 12 in our classroom.
Cooking Classes
Our Cooking Classes bring families together in the kitchen by teaching children and adults lifelong cooking skills that can ignite creativity, build self-esteem, and most importantly create memories that will last forever. Come join us in the 3rd Floor Demo Kitchen every first Thursday of the month from 3:30 - 4:30 pm and every third Wednesday of the month from 4 - 5 pm.
Other Fun Events
Child Development Center and Families First Open Playgroups and Development Screenings Every first Tuesday of the month from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM in the 2nd floor Imaginarium In partnership with the CDC we will be offering FREE development screenings and play opportunities for kiddos aged 0 - 3 years. There will be play-related information offered at every playgroup and fun activities based on social-emotional, motor skills, and language development. Come play and build a connection with your child!
Week of the Young Child from 4/6 - 4/12 Kick it off with us on Saturday, 4/6 from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM Join us for the Week of the Young Child extravaganza on the 2nd floor of the Missoula Public Library! We will have a variety of dramatic play exhibits, games, and sensory activities aimed to include a variety of age groups and skill levels. Week of the Young Child is a fun-filled week celebrating early learning, young children, their teachers, families, and communities supported by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
AUOR Earth Day Celebration and Wild Walk Saturday, April 20th 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Come create your favorite animal mask or costume with us for Saturday's Wild Walk parade! Wild Walk kicks off the International Wildlife Film Festival and is an amazing Missoula tradition. Afterward, join us at the Missoula Public Library for fun Earth Day crafts and activities with our All Under One Roof partners.
