Circle of Security Class
Circle of Security is a parenting program designed to help foster a healthier parent-child relationship. Using the COS-P model developed by the Circle of Security originators, our trained Facilitators work with parents and care-givers to help them to:
In addition to the Circle of Security curriculum, registrants receive a follow-up consultation with one of Families First's professional counselors six months after the conclusion of the class.

- Understand their child’s emotional world by learning to read emotional needs
- Support their child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
- Enhance the development of their child’s self esteem
- Honor the innate wisdom and desire for their child to be secure

Our next Circle of Security series (5 sessions total, weekly) will be ONLINE. Current classes for Circle of Security are FULL. Please register to be added to our waitlist for upcoming classes.
