The Community Mentorship Program is here to connect teens with their community by providing them with support as they explore their interests, create meaning, and develop a deeper sense of place.
Our program consists of teens collaborating one-on-one with a paired mentor once per week for a minimum of 8 weeks. During this time, teens and mentors collaborate to explore their interests by translating them into agreed upon goals and by accompanying and empowering them as they work towards those co-created goals together. The program offers transportation from school and to home, snacks, and activities, all free of cost. And we CURRENTLY have openings!
