We all love our team and get along quite well even outside of the office, but there are still times we find ourselves in need of exiting our desks for quiet space that invites a greater level of focus. During our call, we talked about how that small office has taught us some valuable lessons that can be applied to our working from home schedules during this time of uncertainty.
We all agreed being flexible, knowing unexpected events are bound to happen, taking space, adhering to dedicated quiet times, and respecting the needs of others are important to creating a healthy work environment.
