This activity is easy and fun. Its a great way to work on colors, sorting, patterns, and math skills.
Supplies:
  • masking tape
  • construction paper
  • random objects/ toys
Directions:
1. Have your kiddo help place strips of masking tape on the ground parallel to each other
2. Place different colors of construction paper at the end of the tape
3. Ask you kiddos to name each color then send them on a scavenger hut around the house to find objects
4. Try placing them placing them on the correct line.

*This activity is a great way to practice basic math. Turn it into a game. Try timing each other to see who can find the most objects and correctly place them.
