When you are a parent, self-care often slips to the bottom of this list of things to do. However, it is essential parents and caregivers are looking out for their own mental health. With the unexpected changes to our daily lives and stress being higher than ever, it is critical parents are taking the steps towards taking care of themselves. Some of these include: 
1. Making time for yourself
2. Prioritizing healthy choices
3. Being Realistic
4. Set Boundaries
5. Reconnect with things you enjoy
